We try our best to satisfy all of our clients' needs within ethical boundaries. Below are a few of our policies with regards to performing appraisals.
Client Policies
Unless prior arrangements have been made, all appraisal assignments must be paid in full prior to the release of the report.
Once an appraisal has been completed we provide no refunds. However, this is taken on a case-by-case basis with the performing appraiser holding the final decision.
